The Villages at West Neck consists of eight villages built around the Arnold Palmer designed Signature at West Neck golf course. We have two condo villages with a total of 408 units and six single family home villages with a total of 528 homes. We are a 55 or better active adult community with approximately 1,600 total residents. Since we are an age restricted community, each unit must be occupied by at least one resident that is age 55 or older. In addition, no one under the age of 20 may reside in West Neck for more than 90 days per year. As you can see from the photo above, we have meticulously maintained grounds and common areas. The reputation West Neck enjoys is the most beautiful community in Virginia Beach.
